Accessing the Service Portal from the Multitenant

You can access the Service portal from the Multitenant interface.

To access the customer portal:

1.

In the Multitenant portal, click All Services tab.

2.

Search for the relevant Direct Routing service and click the SysAdmin link.

The Users page is displayed:
